Glenn Neal

Glenn Neal was born in 1957 in San Luis Obispo, CA and has been in the towing business for the last 32 years operating a distributorship, building and selling Tow Trucks and selling parts and accessories.

He has always been energetic and passionate for our industry. He’s been quick to volunteer and be active in the CTTA running training schools and even hot dog stands at the annual convention.

Glen has held several positions within the CTTA as a board Member and continues to do so. He has been a Chapter Board member, Chapter President and has served on the State Executive Board as Vice President and President for the CTTA. Glenn was responsible along with others in moving the Board Offices and Headquarters of CTTA from Southern CA to Sacramento the States Capitol while focusing on overhauling the staff and focus of the CTTA to be the professional organization it thrives as today.

With years of dedication and a strong emphasis on education, safety and professionalism Glenn has routinely given his time to better the legislation for the industry in CA. He has served as the liaison for CTTA to the Transportation and Security Administration and currently sits as the Large Fleet Representative for the Associations Towing and Regulatory Oversight Council otherwise known as T-ROC.

Glenn has long been active in his community and local schools and athletic teams and in 2016 received the Rich Chapel Industry Leader Award for the State of CA.
