Dennis E. DeVeny

Mr. DeVeny was on his way back from a tow when a bus in front of him dropped some luggage. He puller over and picked up the luggage and proceeded to catch up to and stop the bus. He stopped the bus and pulled over in front of it. The bus driver found him slumped over the steering wheel of his truck dead.
