Jeffrey A. Rackley

On the afternoon of December 1, 2014, Jeff was assisting a motorist on Interstate 95 near Wilson, NC. An approaching motorist changed lanes into the lane closest to the shoulder and continued into the emergency lane where the car struck the disabled vehicle, the tow truck and ultimately Mr. Rackley. Jeff died at the scene, leaving behind his wife and daughter. We respectfully add Jeffrey A. Rackley to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
