Lloyd A. Jackson

While towing a car it’s wheel came off and rolled off into the darkness. Mr. Jackson stopped the wrecker in the center lane to try and get the lost wheel. When he across the shoulder and then back over to his wrecker a minivan hit and killed him. The driver of the minivan did stop and call 911. Police said it was an unavoidable accident and the driver of the minivan was not charged.
