Piloted multiple communications, development, and operational activities, including acting as towing industry’s international ambassador and conducting national trainings and presentations for American Towman expositions. Played leadership role in National Towing Alliances (NTA’s) parent company, American Towman Magazine, serving as operations editor and supervising motorsport operations. Delivered expert trade certification advice to national industry association members.

A consolidation of 200 of the top tow companies nationally to create the largest tow service company. $500M in annual revenue.

Championed sales and promotions initiatives targeting national and regional accounts. Captained daily operations of national call center, and oversaw activities of company’s terminal locations.

Additional roles included the following experience:

Owner and President of John’s Sunoco (Holyoke, Massachusetts). Guided all operations for $3.2M towing and recovery company for 25+ years, including leading 44-member staff. Provided expert technical consult to the City of Holyoke and the Western Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association, including serving as expert witness 13 times in mechanical failure cases for the City of Holyoke. Expert witness in high profile AAA law suit. Aided the Holyoke Fire Department in auto extrication training. Fulfilled multiple leadership roles in the Massachusetts Statewide Towing Association.
• Successfully completed 22,000 police tows yearly, making company the Northeast’s largest municipality tower.
• Negotiated 1st police order tow rate increase in 18 years in Massachusetts, heading efforts targeting the state’s Department of Public Utilities.
