Clarence C. Jones, Jr.

On the morning of February 22, 1963, Clarence Jones was working with a fellow mechanic to tow a disabled vehicle to the shop from a state highway.  As Clarence worked with the chains on the roadside a motorist in a pickup truck drifted toward the shoulder and struck Clarence with his right front fender.

Clarence was killed instantly, leaving behind his wife and two children.
