Alan E. Dilley

Alan was born on September 15, 1969. On July 31, 2011 Alan passed away from injuries sustained when he was struck in a hit and run by a drunk driver while working an accident scene for the police department. He leaves behind his loving mother Carolyn and siblings Norma Ray Donna Carl and Tim.
