Brian Drury

In 1977 the towing-recovery-breakdown industry of England felt the need to organize. One of the quiet forces of the movement was Brian Drury. He did not push himself forward but he was always along for counsel and advice. Brian has his own business in Kent, England and it continues as a profitable venture even though he has donated so much of his own time and talent to others. He is blessed with a son who is active, and in fact does give him a respite so that he can do so much for the industry.

As the years of A.V.R.O. went by, some of the early leaders earned a rest, the Association needed more stability. Always it was Brian Drury who stepped into the breach. When the Executive was out of service through illness, it was Brian who attended the office duties to keep the Association alive. Over the last decade, Brian Drury has been an efficient, loyal and ever-present force in maintaining the going concern power of A.V.R.O.
