Jose A. Torres-Laboy

On October 24, 2014, Jose Torres-Laboy, a tow truck operator based in Humacao, was providing service to a driver with mechanical problems on the highway. A negligent driver in a passing car crossed onto the shoulder, hit Jose and then left the scene. Jose was killed instantly, leaving behind his wife and two children. We respectfully add Jose A. Torres-Laboy to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
