Jack Whitlock

Jack is one of those pioneers in the towing industry who always seems to be in the center of things, lending support, participating and offering counsel and advice. If he is called, he responds. Even though he built a large and professional operation and guided its growth with his personal touch, he never failed to answer a call for help. One of his amazing accomplishments was a joint effort of competent operators to solve the tow enforcement needs of his home city.
