Perry Shusta

Born in 1966 in Walnut Creek, CA Perry entered the industry in 1988. Spending his last $30 to fill the gas tank on his first truck he was off and running and Arrowhead Towing was born. As the company continued to grow and Perry worked to add more customers, he became involved in the CTTA and eventually became a lead instructor at all levels for them training teaching and certifying hundreds of CA Towing operators over the last 3 years. Arrowhead towing now employs over 30 people and is well recognized in his community.

As if that wasn’t enough his involvement in CTTA grew as well and Terry has held several positions with them including Chairman of the CTTA Legislative Committee, CHP TSAC Member and President of the CTTA. In 2008 Perry was recognized and awarded the CTTA Member of the Year Award.

He remains active in his community and was instrumental in the start of the local “Every 15 Minutes” programs in East Contra Costa County which focuses on high school Juniors and Seniors challenging them to think about drinking, driving, personal safety and making mature decisions! He organizes and donates his facility and equipment to training in his region working with several fire departments, local police and the area SWAT Team.

Never forgetting where he came from Perry is a contributor to several youth sports programs, equine drill teams, the homeless and at-risk veterans in the Delta area.
