Troy Barnett

Troy Barnett is a second-generation Hall of Fame inductee with his father, Roger Barnett, being an Inductee in the Class of 2004. Troy has been in the industry for nearly his entire life. At the age of five, he would do ride-alongs with his father and would properly instruct others on how to do a hookup. Barnett’s Towing was established in 1963 and Troy became the President when his dad passed away. Under Troy’s leadership, Barnett’s Towing has grown to be one of Arizona’s largest towing and recovery operations. Troy has been involved in with APTRA since its inception and served as its President as well as having served as President of the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame and Museum. Troy also helped to bring lobbyists to the Arizona capitol to work on legislation favorable to the towing industry and was instrumental in getting the Slow Down Move Over law enacted in Arizona.Troy is WreckMaster certified along with numerous other certifications. He is heavily involved with community organizations.
