Alfredo C. Palencia

Alfredo Palencia was working to tow a vehicle from an apartment complex on October 6, 2017. After he loaded the SUV, a man approached him and drew a handgun. The man then started trying to work the truck’s controls to release the SUV from the truck. Multiple witnesses including the children of the assailant, saw him shoot Alfredo for doing his job. Alfredo died at the scene.
