Carlos Alberto Betancourt

Carlos Betancourt was working an interstate on ramp in the early morning hours on a Sunday in May of this year.  Carlos had just loaded a vehicle onto his truck as his customer looked on.  As Carlos was securing the load, an approaching driver in an SUV failed to slow down and move over.  The SUV crashed into the two men on the roadside immediately killing Carlos and fatally injuring his customer.
