James D. Hartsfield

Mr. Hartsfield was helping a disabled motorist when another vehicle veered onto the right shoulder striking and killing him. The woman driving said she had fallen asleep at the wheel. She was cited for careless driving failure to maintain lanes and failure to heed a Turnpike sign.
