Julian V. Wahly

Julian was born on October 18 1943. He was the owner of Central Towing and Recovery. On April 302003 Julian was hooking up a disabled vehicle to his truck when a logging truck hit Julian’s tow truck while trying to avoid another vehicle. He leaves behind a wife and children.
