Zane C. Baladez

Baladez was dispatched to pick up a Bobcat for transport. Baladez told the operator of the Bobcat to raise the bucket so he could attach the chain. While Baladez was in the process of attaching it the operator turned off the engine of the Bobcat and accidentally dropped the bucket on Baladez. He died instantly.
