Eugene Abraham Parnell

Eugene Parnell was born February 25 1965. On December 41989 Eugene responded to a request for emergency road service on the highway. Eugene arrived at the scene to provide service and was apparently shot by his customer. Eugene passed away at the scene leaving behind by his wife and son. We respectfully add Eugene Abraham Parnell to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
