Michael Johnston

Mr. Johnston was winching a vehicle out of a ditch when a drunk driver hit him and his tow truck. The police had put out flares and their car to protect him but the driver (whose blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit) drove right through the flares and hit him anyway. The drunk driver was arrested. Mr. Johnston died from his injuries.
