Glenn D. Landau

Glenn was born in 1962 in Rahway, NJ and entered the towing industry in 1976 with McCormick’s Garage. He would go on to own and operate Fryer’s Towing Service in Daytona Beach FL for decades.

Glenn helped Co-write and author the Core Curriculum Standards for TRAA’s light duty level 1 training program. He has served as a Committee Member for the Society of Automobile Engineers on Hybrid first responder practices.

He has been a member of PWOF for over 35 years and helped author their light duty training manual. He was TRAA’s Education Foundation Chair for over 10 years and served as the State of FL representative for 19 years.

He has served multiple positions at PWOF including its President for over 5 years and served the SSTA as a bylaws committee chairman for 3 years.
His certifications and industry training notations are in the dozens. Among the awards Glenn has been presented with are the TRAA’s: 2006 Distinguished Service Award, 2010 Citizenship Award and the 2013 Distinguished Service Award. PWOF has recognized his achievements with many awards including the Presidents Training Award, Past Presidents Award and in 2015 the President’s Award.
