Baudelio Y. Perez

Baudelio Perez, also known as Angelo, was loading a vehicle on the side of a state highway on May 15, 2017. As he worked to load the disabled car on the shoulder, another approaching vehicle struck the car he was loading as well as Angelo. The impact was severe and Angelo died at the scene, leaving behind his wife and three children.
